Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you visit, create an account, search artists, save artists, create or view collaboration requests, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use SoundCraft.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share account access in a way that bypasses paid features.

What SoundCraft provides

SoundCraft provides artist discovery, filtering, saved lists, producer workflow tools, collaboration request browsing, profile tools, and educational outreach material. Features may change as the service improves.

No guaranteed placements

SoundCraft can help you find better prospects and organize outreach, but we do not guarantee replies, placements, revenue, label interest, collaborations, or specific results.

Third-party and provider data

Some artist links, images, tags, size signals, and metadata may come from third-party providers or public sources. This information can be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or removed. You should verify important details before relying on them.

Subscriptions and paid access

Paid features require an active plan. If your payment fails, subscription ends, or access is cancelled, paid features may be disabled. Saved account data may remain stored so it can be available again if you return, unless you request deletion where legally available.

Collaboration requests

Users who publish requests are responsible for their request text, links, contact details, budget, usage preferences, and rights. SoundCraft is a discovery and workflow platform and is not a party to private deals between users unless a future checkout flow clearly states otherwise.

User content and rights

You must only upload or publish content, links, profile information, and requests that you have the right to share. By submitting content, you allow SoundCraft to display, store, format, and use it as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use SoundCraft to spam, harass, impersonate, scrape, resell data, bypass access controls, upload malware, violate rights, publish illegal content, or misuse artist/contact information. We may limit or remove access if the service is abused.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Payments and subscriptions are handled through Shopify, Appstle, and payment providers. Refund and cancellation rules are explained in our Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep SoundCraft available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party outages, provider API limits, maintenance, or technical issues can affect features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoundCraft is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, missed placements, lost opportunities, provider errors, or user-to-user disputes arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the product, payment setup, providers, or law changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
