Return and Refund Policy

SoundCraft provides digital access to artist discovery, saved lists, producer workflow tools, collaboration requests, and related online features. We do not ship physical products and there are no physical items to return.

Refunds

EU withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, unless a legal exception applies.

To request withdrawal, contact support@soundcraft.shop with your account email and order details.

If your withdrawal or refund request is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method where possible.

Outside statutory withdrawal rights, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where SoundCraft confirms a billing error.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided through checkout, Shopify, Appstle, or your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access may end immediately after cancellation according to the plan and provider settings.

Technical issues

If your payment was successful but paid features are not unlocked, contact support@soundcraft.shop with your account email and order details so we can review and fix access where possible.
