Shipping Policy

SoundCraft currently sells digital subscriptions and online access only. We do not ship physical products.

Access is delivered digitally after checkout, account login, and successful payment confirmation. In most cases, access should be available shortly after purchase.

If your payment was successful but paid features are not unlocked, contact support@soundcraft.shop with your account email and order details.

If SoundCraft later offers physical products, this policy may be updated with shipping methods, delivery times, return addresses, and carrier information.
