Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some SoundCraft plans are sold as subscriptions. Your payment method may be charged according to the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel through the account, order, Shopify, Appstle, or checkout management link provided to you. If you cannot find the link, contact support@soundcraft.shop from the email connected to your account.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Paid access may end immediately after cancellation according to the plan and provider settings. Saved account data can remain stored so it can be restored if you return later, unless you request deletion where legally available.

If plan upgrades, downgrades, or billing changes are available, they will be handled through the subscription provider or account billing flow.

SoundCraft does not currently offer pre-orders.

SoundCraft does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases.

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
